The University of Michigan has since filed a restraining order --- that may receive a hearing in the next two hours from a court in Washtenaw County, MI -- where the University is located.
So, we may see Harbaugh still on the sideline at Noon ET today vs. Penn State. Photo above is of "Tim Garbaugh" who was just named interim head coach for Michigan today (this was from a poster on Irish Sports Daily -- very creative!)
Update: The "in-person" hearing on Harbaugh's suspension is now scheduled for November 17th -- so he will not be on the sideline today -- per ESPN's Pete Thamel.
