Will We See a "Salary Cap" In College Football?

Just got done reading this article about how Alabama is looking to change their State Laws as it relates to Name, Image, Likeness rules for their colleges.

It's now conceivable that a football player could make more playing for his college team, than he could get from a rookie contract in the NFL -- which is regulated.

"A 5' Nothin' and a Hundred and Nothin' QB..."

Just led his team to a National Championship -- and he began his college career as a WALK ON!  I guess the fact that both QB's in the game were closer to 5'-9" than 6'-0" kind of shuts down the talk "you need size at this position..."

I wish I had the movie rights to Stetson Bennett IV's story.

NCAA Transfer Portal -- Shopping List...

I am not crazy about this as a fan of college football.  I fully suspect the "bidding" for Caleb Williams (Oklahoma's freshman QB) will be out of control.  The young man has the opportunity now to be a "free agent" and sign with the team that can provide him with the most NIL money...

Well, here's the list of football players now in the NCAA Transfer Portal.
