Joe Gelchion is a longtime friend who played a major role in recruiting me to the University of Notre Dame. Joe, left the University three years ago to pursue film making. Charlie Weis Jr. -- Coming to Town Sept. 19th

 

Word on the street is the University of South Florida Bulls will be heading to Notre Dame to play the Fighting Irish on Saturday, September 19th. The Bulls' Offensive Coordinator is none other than Charlie Weis, Jr.   Here's a photo of Charlie Jr., with his dad.

Notre Dame Goes "All Online" Next 2 Weeks

 

Fr. Jenkins (president of the University of Notre Dame) addressed the student body in the past few minutes.  Here's what he said:

• We will give it one last try to keep students here at Notre Dame...
  
• For the next two weeks -- beginning tomorrow morning -- all classes will be held online
• Off campus students are being asked to remain off campus
• On campus students are asked to remain in their residence halls as much as possible

Had dinner this past Friday evening at Rohr's -- the new, improved and much larger bar/restaurant, inside Notre Dame's Morris Inn.  They're calling it a Modern Tavern -- well, it's much more than that!

WOW is all I can say about the menu, the food, the drinks, the service and the atmosphere. You won't believe how nice it is. 

And, you have the option of eating inside -- or, outside on the Wind Family Fireside Terrace.
