Domer Sheahan Scores Last Goal at the Joe!



Former Notre Dame hockey star Riley Sheahan scored two goals -- the first and the last -- in the FINAL NHL HOCKEY GAME at Joe Louis Arena in downtown Detroit.

Ironically, the players on the assist of the last goal ever at THE JOE -- a Wolverine to a Spartan to a GOLDEN DOMER!

As you'll see in the story -- the goals had plenty of meaning for Sheahan!

Notre Dame's Katie Beriont (Colts Neck, NJ) -- pitched the first no-hitter for for the Irish in five years!

It was all part of a double-header sweep for Deanna Gumpf's Fighting Irish -- they go for the weekend sweep today!

Chicago's United Center Awaits Notre Dame


The reason the ND Monogram is on the ice at Chicago's United Center is because the University of Notre Dame is hosting the Frozen Four...

Won't call it "home ice" advantage -- but, I will be disappointed if there are more fans for Denver University than Notre Dame Thursday night!

The Opposition's New Entrance to ND Stadium


I am loving the decision to keep the legendary TUNNEL entrance to Notre Dame Stadium -- strictly for the Fighting Irish.


And, some new finishing touches are being made to the TUNNEL entrance for the Fighting Irish!
