Notre Dame head football coach Brian Kelly met with Jack Nolan Sunday afternoon to look at Saturday's disappointing loss to Northwestern -- and to look ahead to this Saturday's game with Louisville.

Domer Jonas Gray '12 -- "The Perfect Patriot"

Former Notre Dame student-athlete Jonas Gray '12, -- had the night of his life last night in the New England Patriot's 42 - 20 win over the Indianapolis Colts.  That's Jonas celebrating his fourth TD in the photo above!

ND Men's Hoop Team Off to Impressive Start!

This afternoon Mike Brey's Fighting Irish took on a Naval Academy team that played #18 ranked Michigan State "toe to toe" on Friday night -- finally losing late 64 - 59...

Well, the Midshipmen ran into a Notre Dame team today that took complete control of the game in the second half -- as the Irish cruised to a 92 - 53 win over Navy!

The #4 ranked Bulldogs -- now await their seeding in the upcoming NCAA Division II National Championship Playoff.  I'm hoping I can convince a few Notre Dame fans to jump on the "FSU" band wagon as we make our National Championship run!

A Notre Dame basketball "doubleheader" took place tonight at Purcell Pavilion as Muffet's #3 Irish defeated UMASS-Lowell 105 - 51 and Mike Brey's Irish beat Binghamton 82 - 39.

The largest margin of victory in a basketball doubleheader in Notre Dame history -- 97 points!

Here's the "BIG NUMBERS" from the night:

• Brianna Turner scored 22 points in the first half, 29 in total -- setting a freshman single game scoring record in her first college start!
• Pat Connaughton scored his 1,000th career point, becoming the 56th player in the 110 year history of ND Men's Basketball to reach that milestone
• And, Mike Brey won his 400th career game in his 19 years as a head coach -- he's now 400 - 211 in his career.
