Notre Dame Fencing NATIONAL CHAMPIONS!


And, wouldn't you know it -- World #1 Lee Kiefer -- clinched Notre Dame's 9th National Championship in Fencing!


I believe it's Notre Dame's 28th or 29th National Championship in all sports!

Notre Dame senior Lee Kiefer just became the first woman in American history to be ranked #1 in the world in Foil Fencing...

Lee is in Indianapolis today with the Fighting Irish as they seek their 9th National Championship!

Notre Dame fans -- keep an eye out for Notre Dame Fencing.  The NCAA Championship is taking place in Indianapolis -- and after three days, the IRISH have widened their lead! 

They look to be on their way to the program's 9th NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP -- sometime later today!

How Does "1 for 9" -- Turn Into 99 Points!!!


If you watched last night's Notre Dame vs. Ohio State game you would have seen the Fighting Irish make one of their first nine shots -- WASN'T PRETTY.

Then they went on a run like we haven't seen in a long time...
  •  Notre Dame made 13 straight shots in a run that went from the 1st quarter into the 2nd quarter!

Onwualu's Pro Day Numbers vs. Combine #'s

Notre Dame football captain James Onwualu was not invited to last month's NFL Scouting Combine -- today was his day to shine in front of the NFL scouts...


Here's how Onwualu's numbers compared to all of the linebackers who tested at the NFL Scouting Combine -- (I don't count Peppers as a LB):
  • BENCH PRESS:  24 reps of 225 -- 3rd overall among LB's 
  • 60 YARD SHUTTLE:  11.54 -- 3rd overall among LB's
  • VERTICAL JUMP:  36" -- 4th overall among LB's 
  • SHORT SHUTTLE:  4.28 -- 7th overall among LB's
  • 40 YARD DASH:  4.73 -- 14th overall among LB's
  • BROAD JUMP:  9'-11" -- 12 th overall among LB's
