This past Friday, two Notre Dame roommates missed classes to make the trek to Florida (of all places) for the 2015 NHL DRAFT...

Christian Fischer (in the photo above) and Dennis Gilbert -- both incoming Notre Dame student-athletes who are already on campus and taking classes were drafted on Saturday by the Phoenix Coyotes (32nd overall) and the Chicago Blackhawks (91st overall) respectively.
