Timothy Ward '09 -- a recent graduate of the University of Notre Dame and owner of his own business called Athletic Reveloution -- has released a book entitled
"The Theory of Fat Loss." Ward, who lives in Mobile, AL -- began as a personal trainer at the age of 18 and graduated from Notre Dame in 3 years at the age of 20. Here's a link to his blog -- it's quite good -- along with a link to where you can buy his book. Congratulations Timothy!!!
