The Shoes Both Navy and Notre Dame Will Wear
As part of the Navy vs. Notre Dame -- "Mutual Respect Gear" collection from Under Armour.
"A First" in College Football History -- Saturday!
For
the first time in college football history -- two opponents will wear
the exact same Under Armour base layer shirt, gloves and white cleats
(shoes) -- when Navy and Notre Dame play for the 89th time this
Saturday!
The baselayer features both University's alma maters on the sleeves and glove palms with the words “Respect, Honor, Tradition” as a reminder of their connection to each other. The new Respect logo features a double anchor and a shamrock and is on the front of the baselayer top.
Both sidelines and coaches also will wear the same sideline gear as a sign of mutual admiration.
