Look for them to be honored on the field during tomorrow's game.
I'm continually shocked with the media's preoccupation with the quality of Stanford Football -- and they standard they've set. They've had four great seasons -- in a row. That is it!
They only have nine winning seasons in their last twenty...
Folks, it wasn't very long ago that they were not that good -- here's a look at their last 20 football seasons:
Arizona's upset of undefeated and #2 ranked Oregon -- at Oregon -- has left only 13 undefeated teams in the AP TOP 25 Rankings leading into the sixth weekend of the college football season...
Now Arizona, whichis now 5 - 0 and un-ranked, will move up into the TOP 25 in next week's polls.
Domer Chris Watt '13, saw his first NFL action this past weekend in the Chargers' 33 to 14 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars. Chris played 30 snaps at right guard -- and played "very well" according to the coaching staff.
Chris blogs about his first game (he wears #65 for the Chargers) -- at the link below:

ESPN's Matt Fortuna wrote this nice story about Schmidt:

Quarterback Kevin Hogan (see Notre Dame lineage below), safety Jordan Richards and defensive end Blake Lueders (Zionsville, IN) -- met with the media yesterday to talk about their game with Notre Dame. Kevin Hogan is the nephew of former Fighting Irish quarterback Coley O'Brien
and tackle Ivan Brown. His father and sister attended Notre Dame, and he
estimates between 10 and 20 cousins and about five or six aunts and
uncles hold Notre Dame degrees.
Lueders was originally committed to Notre Dame, before switching to Stanford after Weis was fired.
