Notre Dame alum -- Molly Huddle '06, won the 10,000 meters this Saturday at the US Olympic Trials -- earning the honor to represent the USA at next month's Olympics in Rio!

Elie Wiesel with Father Ted Hesburgh in 1984

Holocaust survivor and Nobel Laureate Elie Wiesel, passed away yesterday at the age of 87.

Here's a photo of Wiesel with Notre Dame's Fr. Ted Hesburgh -- back in 1984 -- Wiesel was on the University of Notre Dame campus filming a television documentary.

Torii Hunter Jr. -- Signs Deal With LA Angels

The Notre Dame student-athlete signed a contract yesterday with the Los Angeles Angels -- NO WORRIES -- he'll still be playing football for the Fighting Irish this fall.
