Muffet McGraw Goes "Home" for Win #700!!!

It wasn't easy...  But, minutes ago -- Notre Dame's Hall of Fame coach Muffet McGraw, won her 700th game as a head coach, leading the #2 IRISH to a 59 - 52 win over Villanova!

It was fitting that the win took place with Muffet's mom in attendance in the town (Philadelphia) she grew up in.   Muffet's the 13th NCAA Division I coach to win 700 games.  Her career record is now 700 - 257 with 612 of those wins coaching the IRISH these past 26 seasons.

Congratulations Muffet!
