University of Notre Dame star linebacker, Manti Teo -- announced last night at the Lott Impact Trophy awards banquet, in Los Angeles, that he would be RETURNING for his senior season! Many had speculated that Manti was headed to "NFL Millions" with a pick in the mid first round-- not so fast my friends!!!!
