Michigan Fans to Wear Blue Flashing Bracelets

Notre Dame fans who will be attending Saturday nights game in Ann Arbor will easily identify the enemy -- they will we wearing "flashing blue" bracelets.  It's a new fashion statement in Washtenaw County.
