Notre Dame fans will be glad to know that the school in Los Angeles that recently lost a Heisman Trophy and a National Championship apparently lost their most important battle yet -- with the NCAA. The University of Southern California will now have to deal with the scholarship reductions and other penalties -- that they had ignored this past recruiting cycle. It's going to get interesting!
