Samantha Maxwell, a Notre Dame junior from Chandler, AZ -- recorded the fastest time in the country yesterday in the 100 Breaststroke at the Big East Swimming & Diving Championship. Maxwell, an All American -- touched the wall in a time of 59.64 shattering the Big East record in this event.
