ND Walk-On QB Wins High School Heisman!

His name is Nolan Henry and he's quite a young man.  This past spring he was awarded with Wendy's High School Heisman -- the 21st recipient.

Nolan is currently at Culver Academy with the Fighting Irish Football team getting ready for the upcoming season and his first year at Notre Dame.

Domer Ryan Doherty Wins First AVP Title!

The 7'-1" former Notre Dame baseball pitching star -- who had 13 wins in the minors for the Arizona Diamondbacks -- won his first pro volleyball AVP tournament this weekend in Seattle!

That's Ryan in the red shorts in the photo above.

Doherty turned to professional beach volleyball a few years ago and has climbed up to #3 in the AVP Player Rankings.  Maybe we'll see him in the next Olympics?
