WELCOME TO THE NOTRE DAME FAMILY!

The ND GO IRISH BLOG was created for alumni, parents, fans and friends everywhere -- of the University of Notre Dame. This site will share positive stories "every day" about Notre Dame and its; students, alums, faculty, staff, administration, teams, coaches, groups, musicians, etc. -- and, anything else we can find that's newsworthy, entertaining or heartwarming concerning "Our Lady's University."

Besides being a lifelong fan of the University of Notre Dame, my wife Susan and I are the proud parents of five great kids; Jimmy (a former Irish Guard) and daughter-in-law Lainey, Kara and son-in-law Conor and Brady. Plus four grandkids; Kinley, Clare, Conor James and Kiera. I just retired from the role of Associate Vice President of Storytelling & Engagement at Notre Dame (January 12, 2012 to June 30, 2023). I'm now serving as a "storytelling consultant" for universities and non-profits around the country.
