Notre Dame's All-American LEADER -- Skylar Diggins -- was named the Big East Player of the Year yesterday in a ceremony in Hartford, CT. Diggins is the third Irish hoops star to win this award: Ruth Riley (2001) and Jacqueline Batteast (2005) are the other two.
