Chuck Martin and Tony Alford -- coaches on Brian Kelly's Notre Dame Football staff -- met with the media yesterday after practice. Martin joined Kelly's staff from Grand Valley State where he led the Lakers to a couple of Division II National Championships as their head coach. Alford, the only hold over from Charlie Weis's staff -- faces a unique challenge this Saturday. Tony's brother Aaron is the running backs coach at Utah!
