The University of Notre Dame Women's Soccer team won again last night -- beating a higher ranked opponent on their home field (for the second week in a row!) -- as Randy Waldrum's "ROAD WARRIORS" rolled over Oklahoma State 2-0 last night in Stillwater, OK.
Freshman Elizabeth Tucker scored both goals for the Irish -- as they advance to the College Cup for the fourth consecutive year! The "College Cup" is the soccer world's version of the FINAL FOUR -- the four teams left standing in the 2010 Women's NCAA Soccer National Championship. Notre Dame will play Ohio State on Friday in one of the Semi-Final games. Stanford will play in the other Semi-Final against the winner of the Boston College vs. Washington game -- later today. A ND GO IRISH BLOG thank you goes out to Jerry Clancy for letting me know the Irish won last night!
