Eddy Street Commons, a real-estate development located immediately south of campus, is filling up with owners, tenants, businesses and PEOPLE. This photo is of the Champions Way City Homes which face the Notre Dame campus off of Angela Boulevard. 22 of these homes, priced at $400,000 or so -- have already been sold.
