The Michigan Wolverines finally beat Notre Dame in hockey -- after losing all four games to the IRISH this season -- and SEVEN IN A ROW at Yost Arena in Ann Arbor...
We'll now await where Notre Dame is seeded and who they will play in the NCAA Tournament come next Sunday night -- March 20th.

#3 Notre Dame Beats #17 NC State -- 8 to 4!
Our 3rd ranked Fighting Irish had to go 12 innings tonight to beat the 17th ranked NC State Wolfpack in Raleigh, NC. It was a come-from-behind win as Notre Dame was down 4 - 0 before scoring their first run in the 7th.
The Irish pitching staff struck out 15 -- shutting the Wolfpack down over the final 9 innings to take the team's record to 10-1 on the season.
This was Game 1 of a three game series this weekend.
