KOT Split Squat (40# dumbells in each hand. Make sure you pause at the bottom) . SLDL (315# on the last set trying to work up to 150% of my bw) . KOT Squat (always the finisher) . . NCAA to Grant Spring Sports Athletes...

An additional year of eligibility will be granted to all NCAA Spring Sports student-athletes.  I'm going to assume it will be in effect for all student-athletes, not just the seniors...

Here are the sports;  baseball, lacrosse, golf, rowing, softball and tennis

No decision has been made on winter sports...

I'm also going to assume the NCAA scholarship limits will have to be expanded.
