TODAYS WORK! . Every recording is of the last set for each of the exercises. Every exercise has 5 total sets. . Nordic Hamstring (slow down, get your wings on the way up) . KOT Split Squat (40# dumbells in each hand. Make sure you pause at the bottom) . SLDL (315# on the last set trying to work up to 150% of my bw) . KOT Squat (always the finisher) . . Shoutout to @kneesovertoesguy and @bighilla44 for this amazing program that I’ve been on. And special shoutout to the fam at @lajollasportsclub for always making me feel at home.
