Domer Tory Jackson Gets Head Coaching Gig!


Bay City (MI) John Glenn High School announced the hiring of former Notre Dame hoops star Tory Jackson as its new head basketball coach!

Orioles Trying to Convince Connaughton...


In the next 50 days or so -- the Trail Blazers need to make a decision on Domer Pat Connaughton...

The Baltimore Orioles are lurking.  Irish fans may recall that the Orioles gave Pat $480,000 as a signing bonus while playing hoops for Mike Brey -- in hopes he would pitch for them.

Pat's been paid $1 million or, so -- for his two years with Portland.  The Blazers have to decide by July 25th if they want to pay Connaughton $1.4 million for his third year or, release him...
