2016 NFL Draft: Rookie Contract Amounts


Here's the sliding scale for what NFL teams can pay their draft picks over their first four-year contract -- linked below. 

Here's what Notre Dame student-athletes Ronnie Stanley and Will Fuller will earn from their first NFL contract with the Ravens and Texans respectively:
  • Ronnie Stanley -- $20.4 million contract -- $13.1 million guaranteed
  • Will Fuller -- $10.2 million contract -- $5.6 million guaranteed

If you were watching Notre Dame Day -- you would have seen David Roth '91 talk about his plans to walk across America.  Roth began his 3,000 mile ROUTE FOR THE BRAVE in Atlantic City yesterday.  He will arrive in San Francisco on August 26th!

Ronnie Stanley Selected #6 in 2016 NFL Draft


The Notre Dame offensive lineman was selected #6 overall by the Baltimore Ravens in this evening's NFL Draft in Chicago.  The first offensive lineman taken!

Stanley should receive a contract worth $20.4 million -- $13 million guaranteed!  See link below to all of the rookie contracts...
