Domers Playing in 2016 AT&T National Pro-AM

Notre Dame Board of Trustee Jimmy Dunne '78 a long with fellow Notre Dame alums Condoleezza Rice '75 and John Veihmeyer '77 are playing this week in the AT&T Pebble Beach National Pro-Am .

Dunne and his professional playing partner Patrick Reed are in a tie for 35th place with fellow Domer Veihmeyer and his professional playing partner Phil Mickelson at -11.  Condi and her professional playing partner Jason Bohn are tied for 115th place at -5, after the first two rounds.

The fun thing for Notre Dame fans today is Dunne and Veihmeyer are playing in the same foursome. -- they will be playing Pebble Beach's "back nine" first on Saturday -- teeing off at 12:39 PM ET.  This group should get plenty of TV time since Mickelson is in second place -- among the professionals -- going into tomorrow's third round.

You may recall that last year Dunne and Reed teamed up to finish THIRD in last year's tournament!  They will have to move up to the TOP 25 teams to make the cut to play in Sunday's final round.

TV coverage of Saturday's third round is as follows:
  • GOLF CHANNEL:  1:00 PM ET to 2:30 PM ET
  • CBS:  3:00 PM ET to 6:00 PM ET
