Charlie Weis Tells All -- Chicago Tribune Story

Former University of Notre Dame head football coach, Charlie Weis '78 -- sat down with the Chicago Tribune's Brian Hamilton.  Weis was quite candid in his assessment of the five years in South Bend.  You'll find this a story worth reading.

  1. I was really happy when we got rid of Weiss, he seems like a great guy, but for every one thing he did really well as a coach he did about three things poorly. That being said, I hope he does well at KU. I'm not convinced that he's cutout to be a head coach, but he's a great recruiter, a great offensive minded guy, and he's at a school with low expectations; it's a great situation for him.
