The wait for Ian Williams, Darren Walls, Chris Stewart, Armando Allen, Robert Hughes, Brian Smith, Duval Kamara and Kerry Neal is almost over. If the players sign the agreement tomorrow as expected -- teams will be able to sign their own free agents on Monday.
